Overview
Relational Leadership at Carolina helps University employees build teams and organizational cultures rooted in connection, engagement, and well-being. The flagship offering is the Relational Leadership Institute.
To help promote the Institute and grow the program's 500+ member community of leaders, IPEP needed a video that could capture the energy and value of the experience for prospective participants.
The Work
I shot and edited the promotional video used to introduce and recruit for the Relational Leadership Institute. Beyond the standard production, I pushed the piece toward something more elevated. The animated the background elements to give the video a more dynamic, polished feel rather than static footage. Animated the program's logo to give it motion and presence as a branded element within the video
The result is a promo piece that feels more produced and intentional than a typical event recap, helping reinforce the program's identity as a serious, well-supported leadership development offering at Carolina.
